Web as a media

Media carries information. Information drives everything.
In other form of media you are just a viewer, they analyze your need. They serve you with information and entertainment. You like them or dislike. They runs on.
In contradiction to this situation web is a media where you pick up your interest.
You land on to search engine. You search for information, you want. Here you rule.
Abandon information are kept in a manner. you are to select what you want.
And you will be served with information according to your need.
This attitude of the web media is responsible for gaining popularity over any other media.

Another strength of web media is its so live. One can interact with the information, one can put his/her own feed back reviews. Thus actually it will give you a feeling of talking live with another living being.
Where as in other medias you just have to watch. You can response back your feed back. But that don’t takes effect instantly. And in most case there are no way to put any response back on what is delivered.

In case of web, most cases directly interact with you. Participation of the viewer is much more higher than any other from of media.
So I called it media of people, or live media.
